Deposit - The full deposit required is usually equivalent to 6 weeks rent. You will be
asked to pay an administration deposit as soon as your offer has been accepted,
in order to secure the property for you. This administration deposit is
equivalent to one weeks rent and will form part of the 6 weeks deposit.
Rent - Usually rental figures are provided on a weekly basis.
Ensure you calculate the correct monthly figure by multiplying the weekly rent
by 52 weeks in a year and divide this annual figure by 12.
Additional
Charges - You will be charged an administration fee for drawing up the
Tenancy Agreement and a Reference Fee. You will also be resposible for the check
out fee.
Utilities -You will be responsible
for the payment of gas, electricity, water, council tax, television licence and
telephone charges. Some services may be included in the rent for short term tenancies.
