We will endeavour to find a suitable Tenant for your property as quickly as possible

We will carry out all advertising, prepare a Tenancy Agreement, arrange the tenancy and collect the initial rent and deposit.

Prospective Tenants view properties, accompanied by one of our Negotiators (if the property is occupied viewings are strictly by appointment with the current Tenant)

We will obtain appropriate references and supply them to the Landlord for approval as soon as received.

On receipt of the first payment of rent, the deposit and signed Tenancy Agreements, we will arrange for an inventory (upon Landlords' request) to be taken prepared and possession granted to the Tenant. We can also arrange the inventory checkout at the end of the tenancy upon the Landlords' request.

We will demand and collect the rent in such intervals as stated in the Tenancy Agreement and after clearance of the funds in our account we will transfer the funds to the Landlord.

We will hold the deposit as stakeholders on the terms laid down by the Tenancy Agreement.
