We offer a first class fully comprehensive property management service for a small fee. Our service includes dealing with the daily management of your property.

We can deal with all maintenance, from fixing a dripping tap to complete refurbishment, provide 24-hour emergency cover and ensure the property complies with legal requirements. We use a network of independent contractors instructed by ourselves on your behalf who offer competitive rates. Repair costs monitored and the Landlord does not have to worry about the job being done properly - we use reliable and trustworthy tradesmen and craftsmen.

Provided funds are available to us by the Landlord, we can pay all ground rents, insurance premiums and service charges in respect of the property.

We will assign one person to your property so you always know who to deal with.
