The property market is showing signs of recovery, with more homes being sold after the Coronavirus lockdown.

Even with Estate Agents working at home, homes sold increased by 16%  - around 42,000 homes sold in April and 49,000 in May. Compare this to May last year with sales of roughly 100,000 is an average decrease of 50% from last year but sales are increasing steadily.

One expert has stated that on reflection of the pandemic, people are looking for outdoor space and stable internet connections as the way they do business has changed for alot of people. Discovering that working from home is possible has made people adapt in a way they never thought possible, by setting up their offices at home.
