We go above and beyond the level of service usual managing agents may provide, by making sure we personally visit your property before and regularly during the tenancy. This allows us to really know what condition your property is in, we can then advise on what maintenance may be required, obtain quotes and oversee works.

We also offer more specialised services, such as organising and overseeing the refurbishment of your property. We know exactly what the best tenants are looking for and you can be confident that your property will be refurbished to a professional standard to command the best possible rent. We will consult with you at every stage of the project and keep you informed of the progress with regular photo updates. Our relationship with interior designers means we can arrange for the property to be appropriately furnished and decorated without unnecessary outlay.

Walton Residential is a member of SAFEAGENT and The Property Redress Scheme who must follow a strict code of conduct, thus ensuring both the landlord and tenant are protected, and that both new and existing legislation is complied with, as well as the correct health, safety and financial requirements.
